We completed the commercial element, of the major in town mixed use scheme, known as ‘Diglis Basin’ – Worcester.

We, being responsible for the development of the commercial element of the scheme, in conjunction with our joint venture.

This was a substantial scheme, brought about by an inner city re-generation of the Diglis Basin Canal Scheme, as part of the City of Worcester’s Council improvement to the inner cities structure.

We completed the commercial part of the scheme, which involved a gym, offices, restaurants, medical facility.
